The Spilt Milk Perth event site bump in will operate between 7am – 5pm every day until the day of the event, Sunday 7 December. While most noise will be conducted within these times it is important to note that closer to the day of the event bump in works may be required to run later. From Thursday 4 December the event site is permitted to operate until midnight for any essential works required to complete the build. During this time resident wellbeing be kept in mind and noisey works will be kept to only those that are necessary. NOISE MANAGEMENT
There will be amplified music and the possible use of pyrotechnics at Spilt Milk. Adherence to the guidelines pertaining to allowable noise levels governed by the Town of Claremont are of paramount importance to the team behind Spilt Milk. Organisers, Kicks Entertainment, have employed professional acoustic consultants to develop a comprehensive Noise Management Plan to ensure event compliance. Whilst the noise may be audible at your residence, the event will be operating within these approved noise limits. Noise levels will be continually monitored by acoustic engineers over the course of the day to monitor noise spill in surrounding suburbs.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
Kicks have engaged with professional traffic managers and the Town of Claremont to develop a comprehensive traffic management plan to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and safety of the community and event patrons. The following closures and changes are proposed for Spilt Milk 2025:

PRECINCT CLEAN
A full precinct clean will commence immediately post event and operate from 22:00 Sunday 7 December – 06:00 Monday 8 December. This will be in place to ensure that any waste from ingress and egress of the event is collected before the community use the space the following day.
