When to Buy Tickets
Ticket Request (24 - 28 July)
You can guarantee yourself a ticket right now with Moshtix Ticket Request. Lock yours in at a set price between now and 12pm Tue 28 July and save yourself the stress of presale next week.
A pre-auth hold will be put on your card for the full value of your request, which will be fully processed between Tue 28 July and Wed 29 July.
Presale (30 July)
Presale is your best chance to access lowest prices and Buy Now Pay Later options.
Access by signing up on our website using the ‘Sign Up for Presale’ button.
Presale for each location goes on sale Thur 30 July at the following times:

General Sale (31 July)
If you miss out on tickets during presale, you’ll have a second chance through the General Sale via the Moshtix website. This is your last opportunity to get tickets to Spilt Milk before they sell out completely.

Ticketing FAQs
Purchasing a Ticket
Moshtix and Tixel are the official ticketing outlets for Spilt Milk 2026 and Tixel can be trusted for resale tickets! If you see Spilt Milk tickets being sold anywhere else, there is no way for us to validate them. We highly recommend creating a Moshtix account before purchasing a ticket, so you can keep track of confirmations and save yourself time when buying tickets.
You can purchase up to 10 tickets at a time.

Payment Plan
Ticket Return & Resale
If you missed out on tickets or can no longer use yours… that’s sad… but it’s ok, here are your options for reselling or transferring your ticket safely:
Moshtix Resale
Log into your Moshtix account and use the resale tool to generate a unique link. Share it with someone you know or post it online, whoever has access to the link can buy the ticket directly from you. Once purchased, the ticket moves to their account, a new barcode is generated, and your old one is cancelled. You’ll then receive a refund (minus service fees).
Tixel
Tixel is a secure resale platform where you can safely list your ticket for sale. If your ticket sells, Tixel processes your payout directly. Once sold, you’ll need to transfer the ticket to your buyer using the Ticket Assign feature in Moshtix (see instructions below). If you need help with Tixel, please get in touch via tixel.com/help
Moshtix Assign
If your bestie has already paid you to grab them a ticket or you sold your ticket through Tixel, use the Assign tool to transfer the ticket straight to them. Log into your Moshtix account, go to ‘Manage My Tickets’, and select the ticket(s) you’d like to assign. A shareable link will be generated to send to the other attendee and once accepted by them the transfer will be complete. PDF tickets are not available, so Ticket Assign is the only way to transfer tickets.
Moshtix Ticket Return (only available once your location is sold out)
If you can’t find a buyer yourself and your location is sold out, you can return your ticket to Moshtix. We’ll list it for sale on your behalf, and if it sells, you’ll receive a refund (minus service fees).

Mobtix
In recognition of the ongoing cultural connection First Nations peoples have with Country, and their continued role in caring for the land, the Spilt Milk Mobtix initiative provides discounted general admission tickets to those who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples. Please complete this form to request your discounted Mobtix. All tickets in this allocation are limited and released on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mobile Tickets
You can download your ticket to be scanned on your mobile phone.
Ticket Confirmation / After Purchasing
Tickets will be sent out closer to the event date to help avoid fake tickets being generated and sold. When you purchase, you should still receive your order confirmation to your email, but if you haven’t got that, reach out to the ticket gods by heading to your Moshtix account and select ‘Help with this order’.
Third Party Ticket Resellers
Moshtix and Tixel are the official ticket outlets for Spilt Milk 2026! If you need to buy or sell a ticket after the general release is sold out, you can do so through Moshtix and Tixel.
Selling tickets through any third-party website, including Viagogo, Facebook, Gumtree, and eBay, goes against the Spilt Milk ticket T&Cs. By the same token, we recommend against buying tickets from the above third-party platforms as there’s no guarantee they’re a) legit tickets, or b) that the seller hasn’t resold one valid ticket to multiple people and there is no way for us to validate them.
Spilt Milk staff and security cannot accept illegitimate and invalid tickets.
Companion Cards
If you hold a valid National Companion Card and purchase a General Admission ticket to Spilt Milk, you will receive a complimentary ticket for your companion or carer. You’ll need to purchase the paid ticket to the event through Moshtix as usual and then follow the steps below:
- Once your order is confirmed, go into your Moshtix account, under Manage My Tickets and select ‘Get Help With This Order’
- On the help form, follow the prompts for accessibility and companion card
- Select ‘I’d like help with my order’ as the category, and for the Topic, select ‘I need help with accessibility or a companion card’. For the subtopic, select ‘I need help booking with a companion card’
- In the message section, please provide your Companion Card number and Expiry.
- Once verified, Moshtix will issue a complimentary Companion Card ticket to match the paid ticket to the email used for your original purchase.
