If you are talking to security or front entry staff, please ask them to direct you to the medical entry point.

Credit/Debit/Phone Wallet
We’re 100% cashless and 100% tap and go! So bring your cards and phone wallets because you won’t be able to spend any cash.

You are allowed to bring food items in only if you have a medical condition that requires this – come through the accessibility entry lane on the day and let our team know! In this case, food will need to be sealed prior to entering the event site. Otherwise there are a variety of food options that cater for most dietary requirements (vegan, dairy free, gluten free, vego etc).
Skincare & Makeup (under 110ml and in plastic)
Any liquids and creams over 110ml or any glass will be disposed of at the front gate so if you need to bring in your pieces to protect or touch up your skin, make sure they are in small, plastic containers!

Media accreditation will be given to approved members of the media who represent recognised media organisations. Freelance journalists and photographers will be considered for accreditation if working on behalf of a media organisation. Freelance applications will need to be referenced by editors/producers. Social media influencers will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You’ll need to complete the media accreditation form linked here closer to the event.
Access-wise, media will generally have access to the pit at each performance stage for the first three songs of each artist. Some artists do not allow pit access to media. Strictly no flash photography and media must follow the direction of security and event staff at any given time otherwise your pass may be removed. There is absolutely no backstage or side of stage access. Access can change at any time and without notice.
Alongside our regular resources to keep our customers safe, Kicks Entertainment is committed to providing a space at our event for not-for-profits, social enterprises, or charities with a mission to do good, or to provide education to Australia’s youth (18-25) relevant to the things that impact them.
If your organisation would like to take part in one of our events, please complete the form here to tell us about your company, what cause you are promoting, and upload the relevant supporting documentation and insurance, and we’ll be in touch to let you know if we can accommodate you at this year’s event.
Ticketing
If you hold a valid National Companion Card and purchase a General Admission ticket to Spilt Milk, you will receive a complimentary ticket for your companion or carer. Please reach out to accessibility@kicksentertainment.com.au after you have purchased your GA ticket, and include the following information:
A copy of your valid National Companion Card
Your Spilt Milk location and ticket order number
The email address you used to buy the ticket
The full name of your companion
To print, or not to print. That is the question. Your phone is good to go, unless your screen is smashed to smithereens – then you should definitely bring a printed copy.
Download your ticket and save it to your phone wallet ahead of time to avoid any stress on the day.
Please contact Moshtix for any other ticket-related questions.
You can buy Spilt Milk tickets with Zip Pay and PayPal’s Pay in 4 payment plan through Moshtix this year! For more information check out:

Moshtix is the official and only ticketing outlet for Spilt Milk 2025! If you see Spilt Milk tickets being sold anywhere else, there is no way for us to validate them. We highly recommend creating a Moshtix account before tickets go on sale, so you can keep track of confirmations and save yourself time when buying tickets.
You can purchase up to 10 tickets in the general sale, and up to 10 tickets in the presale.
Need more info on tickets? We’ve got a full ticket guide here.
Moshtix is the official and only ticket outlet for Spilt Milk 2025! If you need to buy or sell a ticket after general release is sold out, you can do so through Moshtix’s Ticket Return!
Selling tickets through any third-party website, including Viagogo, Facebook, Gumtree, and eBay, goes against the Spilt Milk ticket T&Cs. By the same token, we recommend against buying tickets from the above third-party platforms as there’s no guarantee they’re a) legit tickets, or b) that the seller hasn’t resold one valid ticket to multiple people and there is no way for us to validate them.
Spilt Milk staff and security cannot accept illegitimate and invalid tickets.
Don’t stress! Tickets are being kept safe and sound at Moshtix HQ and will be sent out closer to the event date. You should have received your order confirmation to your email however if you haven’t received that, reach out to the ticket gods via your Moshtix account and select ‘Help with this order’.
If you missed out on tickets or can no longer use yours for a sold out location… that’s sad… but it’s ok, you’ve got Ticket Return (available through your Moshtix account for sold out shows). For sellers:
- Return allows you to upload your unwanted ticket back on to the Moshtix website, for them to sell to another customer. If the ticket is purchased, a new barcode will be generated, which invalidates the previous ticket. Moshtix will then process a refund to you for the base ticket cost (less resale, booking and service fees).
If you need to buy tickets, Ticket Return means you have a chance to buy a returned ticket via the main Moshtix ticketing page. Ticket availability is dependent on when other fans decide to sell back their unwanted tickets, so there’s no guarantee that you’ll strike gold here. Once a show is sold out, sign up for the waitlist for your best chance at returned tickets.
Still not 100% sure what’s going on? You can find Moshtix’s Ticket Return info page here
Ticket return is available once an event is sold out
