First aid services will be on site in case of any medical incidents. While they will have over-the-counter medication available such as Panadol, aspirin, antihistamines, as well as sanitary items, for you to access inside the event, we recommend taking any required medication before coming in if possible (e.g. antihistamines can be taken in the morning and last 24 hours).

Ticketing
If you missed out on tickets or can no longer use yours… that’s sad… but it’s ok, you’ve got Ticket Return & Resale available through your Moshtix account, or you can buy and sell via Tixel.
- Moshtix Ticket Return allows customers who can no longer attend an event the chance to return their unwanted tickets to Moshtix. We will list the unwanted tickets for sale, and if purchased, we will provide a refund to the original purchaser of the tickets (less service fees).
- Moshtix Ticket Resale allows you to list your ticket(s) for sale through a unique link that you can share with your buyer directly. The buyer will be someone of your choosing who will be able to purchase your unwanted ticket. If the ticket is purchased, a new barcode will be generated, which invalidates the previous ticket. We will provide a refund of the base ticket cost to the original purchaser of the tickets (excluding any transaction fees, delivery fees and optional ticket upgrades you paid).
- Selling a ticket on Tixel: If you’re selling your tickets, you can safely do so through Tixel. Upload the PDF ticket you wish to sell on the Tixel website and set your price. You can choose to make your ticket public or private before confirming your listing. A public listing allows anyone to purchase your ticket, while a private listing is best if you already have a buyer (for example a friend). Once your ticket sells you can withdraw the funds instantly.
- Buying a ticket on Tixel: If you’re looking to buy a resale ticket for Spilt Milk, head to the tixel website, search ‘Spilt Milk’ and select your desired location. Tixel checks every uploaded ticket to make sure it hasn’t been tampered with and only releases your payment once your ticket has been securely transferred to your account. To buy directly from someone, get them to send you a legitimate Tixel link to make sure you’re not getting scammed. A legitimate link will always take you to the Tixel website.
Still not 100% sure what’s going on? You can find Moshtix’s FAQs here and Tixel’s FAQs here.

To print, or not to print. That is the question. Your phone is good to go, unless your screen is smashed to smithereens – then you should definitely bring a printed copy.
Download your ticket and save it to your phone wallet ahead of time to avoid any stress on the day.
Tickets have now been sent out by Moshtix and can be found in your account. If you’re having any problems please reach out to the ticket gods via your Moshtix account and select ‘Help with this order’.

Selling tickets through any third-party website, including Viagogo, Facebook, Gumtree, and eBay, goes against the Spilt Milk ticket T&Cs. By the same token, we recommend against buying tickets from the above third-party platforms as there’s no guarantee they’re a) legit tickets, or b) that the seller hasn’t resold one valid ticket to multiple people and there is no way for us to validate them.
Spilt Milk staff and security cannot accept illegitimate and invalid tickets.
If you hold a valid National Companion Card and purchase a General Admission ticket to Spilt Milk, you will receive a complimentary ticket for your companion or carer. Please reach out to accessibility@spilt-milk.com.au after you have purchased your GA ticket, and include the following information:
A copy of your valid National Companion Card
Your Spilt Milk location and ticket order number
The email address you used to buy the ticket
The full name of your companion
Moshtix and Tixel are the official ticketing outlets for Spilt Milk 2025! If you see Spilt Milk tickets being sold anywhere else, there is no way for us to validate them.
