If you missed out on tickets or can no longer use yours… that’s sad… but it’s ok, you’ve got Ticket Return & Resale (available through your Moshtix account).
- Return allows customers who can no longer attend an event the chance to return their unwanted tickets to Moshtix. We will list the unwanted tickets for sale, and if purchased, we will provide a refund to the original purchaser of the tickets (less service fees).
- Resale allows you to list your ticket(s) for sale through a unique link that you can share with your buyer directly. The buyer will be someone of your choosing who will be able to purchase your unwanted ticket. If the ticket is purchased, a new barcode will be generated, which invalidates the previous ticket. We will provide a refund of the base ticket cost to the original purchaser of the tickets (excluding any transaction fees, delivery fees and optional ticket upgrades you paid).
