GET ME AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE
The closest accom to Spilt Milk Canberra is Red Cedars, a short 15-minute walk from the festival site. Red Cedars is a budget hotel, with 30 ensuite rooms and rates starting at around $149.
Other hotels that are around 5 minutes away by Uber are:
CANBERRA CBD
QT Hotel is our recommended hotel in Canberra and it’ll take less than 15 minutes to Uber or lightrail to the Spilt Milk gates. QT has some of the best rooms (and comfiest beds) in the capital, a speakeasy bar, barber shop, restaurant and 24-hour room service (#hotelyf). It’s four stars of heaven with the festival practically on your doorstep.

LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE
Ovolo’s Nishi Hotel will ruin every hotel moment in the future for you. It’s an artful imagining of a sustainable future, bringing nature inside through design and finishes. Each room is fancy AF, with free minibar, in-room snacks, wifi and so much more. The Nishi building also has one of the best restaurants in Canberra, Monster Kitchen. It’s about a 20-minute Uber to the gates of Spilt Milk.
BUNK UP
The Village Hostel is your best bet for backpacker accom. It’s located right in the middle of the city, and is about a 10 minute ride on the light rail to Spilt Milk. If time is money and this is cheap AND close to the action, what does that make this? A vibe, we reckon.
CAMPING
We’ll be offering a big range of camping options, from free-pitch to pre-pitch, to powered sites for campervans, so you can camp right next to the festival gates. Camping options will go on sale mid-May 2025.
