New Music

19 Oct 18

We are going to be blessed with a slew of quality new music at Spilt Milk this year. In the last few weeks, we’ve had new music and visuals from Rolling Blackouts Costal Fever, Cub Sport, Camouflage Rose, Moaning Lisa and Methyl Ethyl (just to name a few). There’s plenty for you to get acquainted with before Spilt Milk in just under a month.

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever – Sisters Jeans

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever’s full-length debut, ‘Hope Downs’, is 10 tracks of fast-paced rock’n’roll that has us licking our lips in anticipation for their onstage intensity at Spilt. Their music video for ‘Sister’s Jeans’ is shot on Kodak 16mm colour film and takes you on a journey through the Harbour City ending up way out west.

Cub Sport – Sometimes

Cub Sport have released their new single, ‘Sometimes’ with a nostalgic and flowing video clip to match. The chorus booms and crashes like the waves of the ocean, with a catchy as hell hook. We can’t wait to hear them belt it out at Spilt Milk.

Camouflage Rose – Let Me Down (feat. George Maple)

Camouflage Rose has teamed up with George Maple on ‘Let Me Down’ off his Taste’ EP released last Friday. The track is a unique mix of R&B, dance-hall and reggae sounds that will get you moving.

Methyl Ethel – Scream Whole

Methyl Ethel have released the title track from their upcoming record, ‘Scream Whole’. We look forward to what they’re going bring to the stage at Spilt Milk, as teased in their recent Triple J Interview.

Moaning Lisa – Do You Know Enough EP

Moaning Lisa have just dropped their new EP, ‘Do You Know Enough?’. Featuring some kick-ass favourites released in 2018 as well as some brand new material. We are counting down the days to sing along with the legends at Spilt Milk!

You can find all these good sounds and more on the Spilt Milk Spotify Playlist.
