First up for the ultimate festival feast is the famous Belles Hot Chicken. Masters of spice, Belles will serving tenders, wings and drumsticks with all the heat. You can choose your flavour, from lightly seasoned ‘southern’ chicken, all the way up to their tear-jerking ‘Sex Panther’. Yikes. If you’re a burger fanatic, you’ll want to chow down on Mr Burger. They’ll be delivering their signature ‘Mr Burger’ with all the burger essentials, the ‘Mr Veg’ and the BBQ goodness of the ‘Mr Meat’. For delicious, plant-based ops, The Dolly Bus has literally all the festival favourites and are all 100% vegan! We’re talking burgers, nachos, curry, hotdogs, ice cream and tons more!
Sparrow’s Philly Cheesesteaks are going to be what they do best – make killer philly cheesesteaks. They’ve truly mastered the beauty that is tender beef and cheese on a hoagie roll. But if that doesn’t tantalize your tastebuds then maybe Donugs will. Donugs are donut sized chicken nuggets of glory. You can choose from 3 delish sauces on top; a cheesy dijon bechamel, a golden curry and mozzarella or a classic chilli hot dog. Bluebonnet Barbecue, known for their smokey selection meats, will be cooking up their tender, texan meats in the form of burgers! You’ll be able to bite into a brisket, pulled pork or smoked fired chicken burger’ as well as their jackfruit burger!
If you want a taste of the local cuisine, Ballarat’s foodie all stars will be on ground. The Forge Pizzeria, AKA the artisans of wood fired pizza, will be putting their best slice forward, serving up all the fan faves. Ballarat owned and operated Luigi’s Gelato has a huge range of refreshing AF gelatos, with dairy free, egg free, nut free, & gluten free flavours to rejuvenate anyone. More local flavours include delish curries from East India Trading Co., and a cheeky burger from The Gypsy’s Lunchbox.
